Scope of the Festival:

Featuring Gripin, Cihat Aşkın and Turkish Waltzes, Bekir Ünlütataer, Yeni Türkü and Türk Yıldızları Symphony Orchestra, Sunset Concerts will be held at Bodrum Castle, the historical heart of Bodrum, between September 2-7, 2024, through 3D Promotion, and will build the fascinating relationship between Turkish-Western music, history and nature.

Bodrum 3rd Opus Music Festival also seeks to raise awareness for the protection of our cultural heritage and natural beauties. Drawing attention to the protection of ancient cities, temples and natural protected areas, it wants to ensure that these treasures are passed on not only to our present but also to future generations.

Festival Content:

The Opuntia cactus (French cactus), the symbol of the festival, features as both the muse of music and the protective shield of nature. The festival offers a platform that echoes the voice of nature through the universal language of music. While the Opuntia cactus represents the value of water and life, the festival highlights the sustainability of culture and art. Throughout the festival, the works of many famous composers, from Chopin to Rachmaninov, Mozart to Schubert, will be performed through their relationship with flowers and nature.
