We are looking for a teammate who can represent our brand Lujo Hotel Art & Joy in the best way, take care of working with brand awareness, contributing to the increase of sales rates by developing strategies in the Europe, Middle East and Local Market and create new sales plans and channels.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

- Graduated from business administration / psychology / sociology / human resources / social sciences / educational sciences departments of universities,

- At least 3 years of experience in education processes, preferably in the tourism and hospitality sector,

- Experienced in training needs analysis, planning, budgeting, implementation, measurement-evaluation and reporting,

- Advanced level of English language skills,

- To have a good command of MS Office applications and be able to use them effectively,

- A person with well-developed presentation skills, who is able to impress others with his/her energy and positive approach,

- Prone to teamwork,

- No travel barriers and able to drive an active vehicle,

- Completed military service for male candidates,

- Residing or will be able to reside in Bodrum or Milas region

We are looking for a team member to be assigned in the position of Training and Development Supervisor in our LUJO BODRUM hotel located in Bodrum - Güvercinlik region. The candidate to be employed for the position will work full time and 12 months.
