GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

·        Graduated from business / psychology / sociology / human resources / social sciences / educational sciences departments of universities,
·        Worked in education processes for at least 3 years, preferably experienced in the tourism-hotel sector,
·        Experienced in education needs analysis, planning, budgeting, implementation, measurement-evaluation and reporting,
·        Having advanced level of English language skills,
·        Competent and able to use MS Office applications effectively,
·        Having advanced presentation skills, being able to impress the other person with his/her energy and positive approach,
·        Prone to teamwork,
·        Having no travel restrictions and being able to actively drive,
·        Having completed military service for male candidates,
·        Residing or able to reside in Bodrum or Milas region

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a teammate to be assigned as the Training Manager at our LUJO BODRUM hotel located in Bodrum – Güvercinlik region, which will be opened in April 2018.
 The candidate who will be employed for the position will work full time and for 12 months.
