We are looking for a Technical Services Assistant Manager to join our Technical Services Department, who will be responsible for all pools and our pool team.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance, cleaning, and operation processes for the 86 pools (30 m³ – 250 m³) within our hotel.

Regularly monitor and report on the quality of pool water (pH, chlorine, disinfection, filtration, etc.) to ensure it meets standards.

Manage chemical usage according to safety and efficiency principles.

Coordinate relevant teams to quickly resolve malfunctions and disruptions.

Ensure the appropriate consumption of energy sources such as electricity, water, and gas, and continuously develop savings opportunities.

Monitor developments and potential changes in the sector, make recommendations to increase efficiency,

Coordinate and supervise service providers and vendors,

Control technical activities, ensure a safe and comfortable environment for visitors, and develop recommendations to achieve objectives,

Plan and ensure the implementation of periodic maintenance of all machinery, equipment, and apparatus (filters, pumps, heating and circulation systems)

Follow legal procedures with local authorities and relevant public institutions and organizations within the scope of activities carried out,

Report on activities related to the work process,

Requirements:

Able to read and be responsible for the implementation of technical and architectural projects,

At least 7 years of experience in pool maintenance,

Knowledgeable about chemical use and water balance,

Technical management experience (preferably in the hotel industry)

Experienced in technical office and field work, 

Able to adapt to a flexible and busy work environment,

Proficient in MS Office programs,
