Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Preferably at least 3 years of experience in a 5-star hotel or similar service sector,

• Competent in team management, with advanced leadership skills,

• Proficient in shift planning, supervision, and reporting processes,

• Compliant with the requirements of the Private Security Law No. 5188, holding a valid Armed/Unarmed Private Security ID Card,

• Strong communication skills, high representational ability,

• Proficient in MS Office programs, capable of reporting,

• Able to adapt to flexible working hours and shift patterns.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily security operations and manage the shift team,

• Patrol, control entrances and exits, and monitor camera systems to ensure the overall security of the hotel,

• Implement emergency procedures and direct the team,

• Prepare shift reports and submit them to management,

• Assign duties to security personnel and identify training needs,

• Act in a solution-oriented manner, prioritizing guest satisfaction and safety.
