Job Description & Responsibilities:

To process reservations by mail, telephone, WhatsApp,

To process reservations from the sales office, other hotel departments, and travel agents,

To determine room rates based on the selling tactics of the hotel,

To prepare letter of confirmation,

To communicate reservation information to the front desk,

To process cancellations and modifications and promptly relays this information to the front desk,

To process advance deposits on reservations,

To track future room availabilities on the basis of reservations,

To help develop room revenue and occupancy forecasts,

To prepare expected arrival list for front office use,

To handle daily correspondence,

To respond to inquiries and makes reservations as needed,

To be aware of all front office procedures and assist with reception duties when required,

To configure rates on the hotels property management system,

Requirements:

A Bachelor degree in Tourism Hotel Management,

At least 1 years experiences in the field,

Fluent level of English language and Russian language are required to carry out the work and follow any developments related to the job,

Advanced skills in various computer software and Fidelio knowledge,

Effective management of time and ability to work under high pressure,

Excellent organizational skills,

Ability to handle multiple tasks,

Self-motivated,
