Job Description & Responsibilities:

Ensuring the cleanliness, technical maintenance and order of all common areas, directing and controlling his team, ensuring that his team works with team spirit, motivating them. 

He/she should be responsible for the organization of all square employees 
For the purpose of guest satisfaction, he/she should control the cleaning and order of the general interior and exterior, back areas of all personnel reporting to him/her within Lujo standards.
Follow up on all bottom cleaning, polishing programs, glass cleaning and carpet maintenance programs.
Ensure the protection and maintenance of all materials, equipment and machinery used by the team.
Control the general area storages.
Work in harmony with the Technical Service department to report and follow up all malfunctions in a timely manner.
Manage and evaluate general area personnel by providing technical and practical trainings.
Check failure forms or reports.
Control the weekly and daily banquet organizations and make various preliminary preparations and programs.
Inform the team about the lost and found procedure.
Perform the duties assigned to him/her in accordance with occupational health and safety rules.
Carry out all work in the facility within the framework of occupational safety and health rules and comply with all rules.
Request and use the protective equipment needed during work from the department manager.
