Job Description & Responsibilities:

Oversee operations to ensure the highest level of hospitality and service is provided,

Represent management in resolving any situation related to the guest or the facility,

To notify the relevant department of changes in the standard operation in a timely manner,

Sending a copy of the night report to all departments on a daily basis,

Ensure compliance with all policies, standards and procedures,

Serving as a leader in demonstrating exceptional hospitality skills,

Responding to and dealing with guest issues and complaints,

Participate in the investigation of employee and guest accidents when necessary,

Observing employees' service behaviors and providing feedback to individuals,

Conduct regular inspection tours of the entire facility for appearance, safety, staff, security and maintenance,

Ensure that the policies of the Estate are administered fairly and consistently, and that disciplinary procedures and documentation are completed according to Standard and Local Operating Procedures (SOP's and LSOPS),

Understand all emergency plans and implement them when necessary,


Preferably graduated from Tourism and Hotel Management departments of universities,

Advanced command of the English language, effective written and verbal communication skills, (Preferably Russian as a second foreign language)

Has the competence to ensure the functioning and security of the hotel during the night working hours,

By prioritizing guest satisfaction, he/she will be able to create a bridge between guest and operation departments, and make written and verbal reporting to the management,

At least 5 years of 5-star international hotel experience in a similar position,

Adopting proactive working approaches, guest and solution oriented,

Creative, energetic and representative,

Embraced the importance of teamwork and developed communication skills,

Strong managerial skills, open to development and improvement,
