We are looking for a teammate who can represent our brand Lujo Hotel Art & Joy in the best way, take care of working with brand awareness, contributing to the increase of sales rates by developing strategies in the Europe, Middle East and Local Market and create new sales plans and channels.

Job Description :

We are looking for teammates in the position of Lujo Assist Agent to be assigned in our LUJO BODRUM hotel.

 Responsibilities:

1. Responding to guest requests via telephone
2. To provide our guests with a service that they can reach 24/7 via call and to provide complete guidance in all questions asked about the hotel
3. Transferring the requests to the relevant department and managing the follow-up of the process and possible delays
4. Reminding the relevant departments to resolve guest complaints and requests as soon as possible
5. To create a guest database by recording guest requests and room malfunctions in the programs used
6. Answering external calls to the hotel in accordance with Lujo standards and transferring them to the relevant department
7. Presenting relevant registration reports to senior management and preparing departmental performance reports

Requirements:

- University graduate, preferably Tourism and Hotel Management
- Experienced in the hospitality industry
- Good professional English language skills, Russian is preferred
- Turkish language proficiency, including written language.
- Preferably able to actively use Fidelio, Trojan and Microsoft Office programs
- Team and individual stress management
- Problem solving, analysis, planning and follow-up skills
- Guest satisfaction oriented employee
- Believing in teamwork and disciplined
- Open to development and learning
- Has strong human relations, has the ability of expression and persuasion
