General Qualifications:

-University graduate (Child Development, Pedagogical Formation, Preschool Teaching)

-At least 2 years of experience in a similar position,

-At least 2 years of experience in similar hotels,

-Fluent in at least one of the following languages: English or Russian,

-Disciplined, compatible with teamwork,

-Open to new concepts and applications,

 Responsibilities

-See that the concept of Kijo Club is implemented.

-Ensure the implementation of activity programs appropriate to the concept.

-Ensure the safety of children aged 1-12 entrusted to Kijo Club

-Kijo Club must check that the activity areas are safe and hygienic

-Kijo Club should provide necessary in-department trainings to its employees

-Check Kijo Club fixtures, materials and inventories and share them with the Kijo Club manager

-Check and ensure the correct implementation of the Kijo Club reception registration procedure

-Create the necessary information material for the delivery of Kijo Club activities to the guests and organize the information actions accordingly.

-Ensure that Kijo Club employees comply with the dress code and disciplinary regulations determined by the management.

-Deal with guest questions, comments and requests and develop solutions within the concept and possibilities.

-Report guest criticism and requests to the Kijo Club manager
