Job Description & Responsibilities:

To give priority to our members in every possible way from the moment they become a member or their reservations are received,

To guide our members on the phone for all about pre-booking questions, upcoming accommodation needs,

To meet our guests at the reception on the day of check-in,


Graduated from related undergraduate departments of universities,

Having an infectious, outgoing personality with great communication skills and a natural desire to meet and exceed our members' expectations, 

Being a great storyteller, energetic and enjoy working in hospitality business that offers variety and excitement, 

Being a team worker, 

Russian, English and Turkish language skills primarily required, 

Having experience working with both phone and e-mail communications in the office as well as working in a customer-facing role within the hotel,
