Job Description & Responsibilities:

To ensure coordination between project and construction site teams,

Knowledge of workmanship quality, materials, details, fine structure and cost control,

Performing the necessary quality control during the manufacturing stages,

Effective follow-up of the manufacturing work program and ensuring that necessary actions are taken on time,

Supporting project development stages,

Requirements:

Graduated from Interior Architecture, Architecture or related departments of universities

He worked actively in hotel construction and construction site processes for 3 years,

Good knowledge of Autocad, Photoshop, Lumion, Sketchup, Enscape and MS Office programs,

System and quality oriented,

Strong planning and organizational skills,

Strong written and verbal communication skills,

Experienced in project drawing,

Experienced in rendering and able to render close to reality

Focused on learning and development,

Able to act with cooperation and team spirit,

Taking care of his/her appearance,

Creative with high design and project management skills,

Ability to prepare application project, system details and manufacturing drawings,

Good command of architectural projects, details and applications,
