Job Description & Responsibilities:

Ensure the cleanliness, control, technical maintenance and order of the rooms and floor corridors, floor offices and back areas by keeping the team spirit and team motivation at the highest level.

 Ensure that all housekeepers in the team clean and maintain the guest rooms within the framework of Lujo standards
 Check that all equipment used is used for its intended purpose
 Ensure that the housekeeping trolleys and floor offices belonging to the housekeepers are organized by checking them during the day
 Increase their performance by providing on-the-job training to their staff
 Have the cleaning program on their floors and ensure its control
 Inform the evening supervisor about DND and double lock rooms
 Check the materials to be used in the floor offices and complete the deficiencies
 Eliminate technical malfunctions and material deficiencies of the rooms under their responsibility.
 Create and follow up weekly and daily cleaning programs on their floor
 Participate in monthly counts
 Request and use the protective equipment needed during work from the department manager.

Requirements :

Preferably a high school graduate
At least 2 years in a similar position 
MS Office Applications, Other Hotel Management Programs and to have attended the necessary courses and seminars in their field.
Must know at least one foreign language at a level to communicate effectively with guests and employees
