Job Description & Responsibilities:
To be in contact with related departments such as housekeeping, technical service, guest relations, food and beverage, call center about daily operations,
To make the necessary follow-up and authorizations in the department in order to keep all kinds of information and documents related to guests, employees and facilities confidential and not to be shared with third parties,
To fully implement all documentation and activities within the scope of current Front Office procedures,
Requirements:
Able to speak English languages,
Availability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays,
Familiarity with resort check-in software “Fidelio” & Microsoft Office Programs ( Excel, Word, e.t.s),
Highly motivated, dynamic, open to development and learning,
Friendly and welcoming demeanor,
Experience in luxury hotel
Professionel appearence and is always well-groomed
Great in Filing, Reporting and Time Management,
Prone to teamwork & Excellent verbal communication skills,
