We are looking for a teammate who can represent our brand Lujo Hotel Art & Joy in the best way, take care of working with brand awareness, contributing to the increase of sales rates by developing strategies in the Europe, Middle East and Local Market and create new sales plans and channels.

Job Description :

We are looking for teammates in the position of Private Yacht Chef to be assigned in our LUJO BODRUM hotel.

 Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury yacht and mega yacht galleys

  • Strong understanding of fine dining and modern culinary concepts, aligned with high-end guest profiles

  • Extensive knowledge of international cuisines (Mediterranean, French, Italian, Asian fusion, etc.)

  • Highly disciplined approach to hygiene, quality standards, and attention to detail

  • Ability to plan daily, weekly, and charter-based customized menus

  • Creative and refined plating and presentation skills suitable for VIP guests

  • Advanced knowledge of special dietary requirements
    (vegan, keto, gluten-free, food allergies, etc.)

  • Valid passport with no travel restrictions

  • Strong sense of confidentiality, professionalism, and luxury service mindset

  • Ability to adapt to high-paced environments and flexible working hours

  • High aesthetic awareness with strong attention to detail

  • Fluent English, enabling direct communication with guests

  • A second foreign language is considered an asset
