Job Description & Responsibilities

To perform painting, whitewashing, and surface preparation works in guest rooms, public areas, and technical areas within Lujo Hotel; to carry out interior and exterior painting applications in line with quality standards; to complete surface preparation processes such as scraping, sanding, plastering, and puttying prior to painting; to ensure all work complies with quality and occupational health and safety standards; and to work in coordination with the Technical Services team.

Qualifications

• Experienced in painting and surface coating works,
• Knowledgeable in interior painting applications (plaster, putty, sanding, etc.),
• Preferably experienced in hotels, facilities, or large-scale buildings,
• Minimum of 1 years of relevant experience,
• High manual skills with attention to detail,
• Able to comply with occupational health and safety rules,
• Responsible and team-oriented,
• Able to adapt to a shift-based working schedule.
