Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Ensure guest safety in the assigned pool and/or beach area
• Enforce safety rules around the pool and beach areas
• Identify potential hazards in advance and take necessary precautions
• Provide first response in emergency situations and inform the relevant departments
• Use first aid and lifeguard equipment correctly and efficiently
• Continuously monitor the order and safety of the assigned area
• Inform guests according to weather and sea conditions
• Control access to the pool/sea when necessary
• Report incidents and interventions to the supervisor

Qualifications:

• At least a high school graduate
• Holds a valid Lifeguard Certificate approved by the Turkish Underwater Sports Federation (TSSF)
• Holds a valid First Aid Certificate
• Preferably at least 1 year of lifeguard experience
• Good command of English (a second foreign language is a plus)
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• Friendly and guest-oriented personality
• Strong communication skills with clear diction
• Careful, responsible, and able to work under pressure
• Teamwork-oriented
• Works in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety, Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), quality management systems, and brand standards
