Job Description & Responsibilities

To plan and implement sports and physical activity programs suitable for designated age groups within the Kids Club, ensure children’s safety and health while encouraging active participation, conduct indoor and outdoor sports activities in line with hotel standards, maintain positive communication with children and parents, and contribute to guest satisfaction by working in coordination with the team.

Qualifications (Sports-Oriented)

• Passionate about working with children, with a high awareness of child safety and health,
• Friendly, energetic, patient, and possessing strong communication skills,
• Capable of planning and implementing sports, movement, and physical activity programs for children,
• Able to work with age groups 1–3 / 4–8 / 9–12 / 13–17,
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience,
• Able to communicate fluently in at least one foreign language (preferably English),
• Demonstrates a professional attitude, strong work discipline, and openness to self-development,
• Guest-oriented with a strong team spirit,
• Female / Male candidates.
