General Qualifications:
-At least 5 years of experience in a similar position,
-Graduated from a university with a degree in Child Development or a similar field; preferably with pedagogical training and/or professional certification,
-Proficient in English and Russian,
-Possesses leadership and management skills,
Responsibilities:
- Develop the Kijo Club concept and ensure its implementation,
- Prepare activity programs in line with the concept and ensure their implementation,
- Ensure the safety of children aged 1-12 entrusted to Kijo Club,
- Must make Kijo Club activity areas safe and hygienic
- Must provide necessary in-house training to Kijo Club employees
- Must control Kijo Club fixtures, materials, and inventory, and share them with the General Manager
-Kijo Club must verify and ensure the correct implementation of the reception registration procedure.
-Kijo Club must create the necessary informational materials to communicate its activities to guests and organize the corresponding informational actions.
-Kijo Club must ensure that employees comply with the dress code and disciplinary regulations established by management.
-Kijo Club must keep track of employee attendance, plan weekly leave, and share this information with HR.
-Kijo Club must address guest questions, opinions, and requests, developing solutions within the concept and available resources.
-Kijo Club must report guest criticism and requests to the General Manager.
