Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Carry out audit and analysis activities within the scope of the internal audit plan.
- Audit company processes and practices for compliance with regulations, internal procedures, and instructions.
- Identify risks, report them, propose improvement recommendations, and monitor action processes.
- Prepare audit reports and present them to senior management.
- Conduct analyses to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of processes and identify development opportunities.
- Collaborate with departments to strengthen control points.
- Provide recommendations for the development of the internal control system and monitor implementations.
- Conduct special audits, inspections, and analysis studies as needed.
Requirements:
- Graduate of Tourism Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experienced in operations, audit, quality, or finance within the tourism sector.
- Proficient in MS Office and Oracle software/applications.
- Preferably worked in independent audit, internal audit, or risk management.
- Possess certifications such as CIA, CISA, quality management systems, or equivalent.
- Strong analytical thinking and reporting skills.
- Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
