Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Carry out audit and analysis activities within the scope of the internal audit plan.
• Audit company processes and practices for compliance with regulations, internal procedures, and instructions.
• Identify risks, report them, propose improvement recommendations, and monitor action processes.
• Prepare audit reports and present them to senior management.
• Conduct analyses to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of processes and identify development opportunities.
• Collaborate with departments to strengthen control points.
• Provide recommendations for the development of the internal control system and monitor implementations.
• Conduct special audits, inspections, and analysis studies as needed.

Requirements:

• Graduate of Tourism Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Experienced in operations, audit, quality, or finance within the tourism sector.
• Proficient in MS Office and Oracle software/applications.
• Preferably worked in independent audit, internal audit, or risk management.
• Possess certifications such as CIA, CISA, quality management systems, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical thinking and reporting skills.
• Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
