Job Description & Responsibilities:

  • Regularly audits Lujo department processes and Brand Standards according to audit checklists and the audit schedule.
  • Observes and evaluates the service delivery of all departments on-site during daily operations in accordance with Lujo Hotel Brand Standards.
  • Analyzes touchpoints affecting guest experience and monitors the continuity of service quality.
  • Documents and reports all audit and evaluation results thoroughly.
  • Ensures follow-up of identified non-compliances.
  • Coordinates the creation of Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) reports, monitors implemented actions, and reports the outcomes.
  • Works in close communication with relevant departments to ensure sustainability of service standards.
  • Tracks audit data and supports periodic reporting.
  • Performs additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of Tourism Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Preferably experienced in operations, quality, or audit within the tourism sector.
  • Strong interest and awareness in guest experience and service quality.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Strong analytical and observation skills, detail-oriented.
  • Good reporting and documentation skills.
  • Strong communication skills and team-oriented.
  • Willing to conduct on-site observations and work in an active operational environment.
  • Preferably good command of English.
  • Flexible with working hours.
