Job Description & Responsibilities:    

Good communication, coordination, planning and organization skills,

 Strong in human relations, positive energy and positive outlook,

 Developed problem solving and quick decision making skills,

 Prioritizing guest satisfaction,

 Advanced level of English or Russian language skills,

 Good command of MS Office programs,

 Able to keep up with high service and quality standards,

Develop new talent, support and implement initiatives,

 Able to support the career development of its employees through training, multi-tasking and assignment,

 Will be able to evaluate the performance of their employees and provide them with feedback,

Maintains beverage recipe documentation

Motivating and supporting team members

Ensures that all beverage concepts follow new world trends

Forecast consumption, anticipate requirements and maintain inventory

Handle complaints in a professional and courteous manner,

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in the same position,

Detailed mixology information,

To be able to create new beverage concepts and menu engineering,

Standardize and monitor product quality,

Strong knowledge of hygiene standards
