Job Description & Responsibilities:
We are looking for teammates for the position of Assistant Manager of Compensation and Benefits, responsible for human resources processes at our LUJO BODRUM hotel, with the qualifications listed below.
Manage the department in accordance with human resources regulations, legislation, general service standards, and human resources service standards.
Train the team on general service standards and personnel regulations.
They must prepare department personnel budgets and monitor approved budgets.
They must prepare monthly cost reports and budget comparisons and report to the Human Resources Manager.
They must monitor monthly payroll, accrual, and payment files and share reports with the department manager.
It must ensure that employee personnel transactions are carried out in full compliance with the regulations.
It must monitor disabled personnel working within the hotel and contact İŞKUR when necessary.
They must check SGK registration documents daily and ensure that any necessary corrections are made.
PDKS control and tracking must be carried out.
They must monitor continuity checks related to reports, leave, etc. taken by staff, intervene when necessary, and report to the Human Resources Manager.
