We ask you to please be on time to your appointments and we encourage you to book in advance to secure your preferred time.

If you do need to change or cancel your appointment for any reason we do ask for at least 2 hours notice to avoid being charged 50 % of a scheduled appointment.

We ask that you arrive on time as arriving late not only can reduce your time spent with us but the effectiveness of your treatment and your pleasure and enjoyment.

We highly recommended booking your beauty services in advance to ensure that your preferred time and service is available. If you would like to benefit from our services in your own rooms, you may do so, with an additional cost (+100% of the booked service.)

Medicated Health Conditions may prevent you from have certain treatments. If you have any medically supervised or medicated condition please inform us at the point of booking.
