Assistant Marketing Manager

Job Description & Responsibilities
  • Enjoys building strong relationships with agencies, managers and other departments.
  • Prides themselves as an excellent communicator – verbally and written
  • Has a high level of attention to detail
  • Is comfortable balancing between the interests of the company, brand and agencies.
  • Has a level of comfort with presenting to various groups and committees
  • Overseeing the creation and maintenance of team status reports, case studies and additional promotional reports and documents
  • Additional project management may be required on a case-by-case assignment basis such as roadshows prep etc.
  • Work cross-divisionally with various marketing teams where relevant (e.g., publicity, digital, etc.) to amplify promotional programs
  • Flexibly stepping in on additional team responsibilities as needed
  • The Utilization of Review Marketing Results on each platform,(Google, Meta Etc.)
  • To constantly monitor and improve the website
  • Have a strong interest in experimenting with owned and paid digital media channels.
  • Monitor and recommend trends in social media platforms, tools, and applications. Ideate and recommend new social and digital marketing strategies to expand reach and grow engagement
