Job Description & Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the entire restaurant operation including Front of House and Back of House operations,

Manage and maintain financial accountability including revenue, labor, food and beverage costing, restaurant supplies & control costs and minimize waste,

Maintain appropriate food and beverage inventory levels, timely manage month end physical inventory counts, and develop processes to ensure that the restaurant is purchasing product at the correct quantities while maintaining top quality,

Maintain a strong presence on the floor throughout service to be able to respond efficiently to guest questions and complaints to ensure a world-class guest dining experience,

Develop strategies and plans for future growth & maintain quality control,

Ensure that all stocks and supplies are requested timely, correct stock levels maintained and stored under optimum conditions,

To nurture a positive and collaborative working environment,

Perform regular training and evaluation of staff performance, initiating corrective actions when necessary,

Ensure effective communication by attending meetings as required and holding staff meetings on a regular basis to impart information,

Requirements:

Preferably 5 years international luxury chain restaurant experience in the same positions,

University degree of related fields,

Preferably good knowledge of English & Russian,

Experienced in Cost Control and Budgeting,

Guest satisfaction oriented and high attention to details,

Experienced in budget and expense management,

Has the ability to manage all functions of the restaurant such as service, kitchen, technical and cleaning,

Experienced in hosting luxury segment guests,

Able to manage processes with other departments such as purchasing, finance and human resources,

Successful leadership skills and good at inter-personal skills,

Should be creative, innovative and strive for continuous improvement,

Ability to focus attention on details and be able to organize, prioritize and follow up,

Quality minded, able to solve problems in a systematic approach,
